Cars by Gary Numan. I remember going to HMV in Wolverhampton with my paper round money to buy it.

Favourite food/dream meal?

I've been very lucky to eat at some amazing places around the world. Chateaubriand served at Marco Pierre White's place in Abu Dhabi has to be amongst the best.

First job outside of radio?

I sold and made jewellery in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. I then had a sales job for a couple of years before landing my first full time radio gig.

Favourite Movie?

You can't go wrong far wrong with Top Gun!

Who’s your go-to artist when you can’t decide on who to listen to?

Madonna, Justin Timberlake or Beverley Knight

Guilty Pleasure?

Travel. I've lived across the UK, in Germany, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and now Jersey. Cars are another guilty pleasure, owned many but lost money on all of them!

Hidden Talent?

I hold a private pilots’ licence.  I'm qualified to fly at night and held an instrument flying rating that allowed me to fly in cloud - sadly now long since lapsed.
