St John's Road will become permanently one-way after a 'positive' six-month trial.
The road has seen 1,459 fewer cars on a weekday and 1,290 on a weekend.
More islanders choose to walk (+23%) and cycle (+9%) down the road, since the change in May 2024.
Two in three people like the one-way route, with the last negative comment received in August 2024.
However, results show air quality near Parade Road and Helvetia's playground has diminished slightly, but is still within safe levels.
Another consequence of the change is motorists choosing to drive along Westmount Road, Queen's Road, Tower Road and the Ring Road, rather than using St John's Road.

It is recommended the trial becomes a permanent change, as the limit on the wider road network is small.
Infrastructure and Environment believes it creates a safer road for the residents of St John's Road.
Bollards could also be installed on Cheapside to 'combat' illegal parking and smooth traffic flows.

The Infrastructure and Environment Department says if the Minister for Infrastructure is content with the work, this will be confirmed at the next meeting.
"The next step will be to formalise the position with the draughting of a Ministerial Decision to instruct Law Drafters to update the Traffic Orders, for the spring Amendment to the St Helier Traffic Order.
"The current temporary Article 68 Traffic Order used for the trial is valid for 12 months, after the 6-month data collection period the Department needed time to analyse the results, write the report and liaise with the interested authorities; in this case, the Parish of St Helier’s technical officers and officials."
