Schoolboy Hit By Car

A schoolboy has suffered a broken arm after being hit by a car in St Clement.

Jersey Police want to speak to the driver of a white Nissan Juke that knocked the rider off his bike.

The 14 year old was hit near the junction of La Rue de Samares and Rue du Maupertuis sometime between 3:30pm and 4pm yesterday (14th November).

The woman driver briefly stopped and spoke to him before leaving the area.

She’s described as being in her 40s and wearing a blue jacket. She had light brown hair, hazel eyes and freckles, and had a young boy in the passenger seat.

Anyone who may have with any information is asked to contact police on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their Anonymous Online Form at Crimestoppers-uk.org
