A mum in Jersey wants stricter laws surrounding when kids should wear helmets.
It's the last week of Alison Marshall's petition to the States of Jersey, which asks for it to be made compulsory for under 13s to wear a helmet on scooters, rollerskates and skateboards.
A similar law is already in place in the island for youngsters on bikes; Alison is looking for this to be extended.
The mum lost her son Brian 18 years ago in a skateboarding accident where he wasn't wearing a helmet.

Alison is now working with Headway, a local charity supporting those with brain injuries and their families, to try to educate islanders through her 'Wear A Helmet Jersey' campaign.
She hopes that by spreading awareness, this could prevent the loss she experienced from happening to another family:
"My son Brian passed away 18 years ago when he was just 16, and he was riding a skateboard just outside our house.
"He had an accident and hit his head, and from the time of the accident to 24 hours later, he was gone.
"This is very important to me; I would never want any family to go through what we have been through and I know Brian wouldn't want anyone to go through that either."
Alison Marshall, speaking to us at Channel 103
Alison told us she became motivated to speak out about her loss and campaign for change, after a series of accidents involving e-scooters in Jersey, that resulted in 'significant head injuries'.

She also felt more visible messaging surrounding the importance of wearing a helmet is needed in Jersey, following news that a new skatepark is going to be built in St Ouens.
Alison's petition has just over 300 signatures so far, and needs to reach 1000 in the next week, in order for it to get a guaranteed response from government ministers.
At 5000 signatures, the petition will be considered for debate in the States Assembly.
Islanders can view and sign the petition here.

Alison is asking islanders to support her 'Wear A Helmet Jersey' campaign, and sign the petition:
"We are working on trying to get all kids to wear a helmet no matter what kind of wheels they are riding- scooters, skateboards, in-line skates or bikes."
"It's going to be up for another week if people can please go and sign up, you have to live in Jersey to be able to sign it.
"If we can get enough signatures, we can go to the government and ask them more formal questions about helmets."
Islanders have until 6 August to sign Alison's petition.
