A 53-year-old man, who hid 280g of cocaine in the woods and had £12,000 in cash stashed in a suitcase, has been jailed for more than seven and a half years.
Darren Anthony Reece, from Cardiff, was arrested in March 2022 after a covert police operation.
The Class A drug was found in a wooded area of St Aubin and the suitcase of cash was discovered in his St Aubin home.
Two mobile phones showing his drug-dealing activities were also seized.
Reece pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.
He was sentenced to seven years and eight months behind bars.
