An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving over the prescribed limit after a crash in Grouville.
Jersey Police, fire and rescue, and ambulance crews attended La Grande Route des Sablons just before 11pm.
Three female passengers have been taken to hospital for treatment.
The arrested teenager remains in police custody and enquiries continue.
The road from East Lynne to the junction with La Rue de la Sente Maillard was closed last night and during rush-hour this morning as a result of the incident.
