The Jersey Police HQ flag has been lowered to half-mast in tribute to Sgt. Matt Ratana, who was murdered on duty in Croydon in September.

The officer's funeral service was held today, leading to moving tributes around the world.

Sgt. Ratana was shot as he went to handcuff a suspect.

The service was live-streamed around the world to well-wishers, including relatives in his native New Zealand.
