Guernsey has had its warmest March day on record.
It reached 19.6°C at Guernsey airport yesterday.
That is the highest air temperature measured for the month since records began in 1843.

Jersey recorded a top temperature of 22.9°C, making it the warmest March day since records began there in 1894.
30 March 2021 was also the UK's warmest March day since 1968, with temperatures hitting 24.2°C in St James' Park in London.
Temperatures in Guernsey are forecast to reach 19°C again today (31 March). They will fall again towards the Easter Bank Holiday, with highs of just 11°C forecast for Good Friday.
