All the emergencey services are at the scene, with a section of the road cordoned off by police.
A small car could be seen on its side, and is blocking the road.

Eyewitnesses say onlookers rushed to the vehicle and tipped it on its side to free a women trapped underneath.
The men have been described as 'heroes'.
Guernsey police have joined in on the praise, saying that it 'reflects well on the community'
The condition of the pedestrian isn't known at this stage.
