Guernsey's women enjoyed a stellar day with wins in cycling, swimming and shooting taking the gold medal total to 16.
Guernsey's women helped keep the hosts at the top of the medal table with strong performances across a range of sports.
Hannah Brehaut took gold in the cycling time trial, on an out and back course along the west coast, with the finish up L'Eree hill. Her team mates clocked impressive times to take team gold.
In the 10m air pistol, Tara Leight-on-Dyson and Nikki Trebert got Guernsey another team gold.
At a packed Beau Sejour, there were swimming golds for Orianna Wheeler, Orla Rabey and the women's 4 by 50m freestyle relay team.
Oriana Wheeler takes the 400m individual medley for Team Guernsey.
At Footes Lane for the athletics, four silvers and two bronzes were added to the hosts total.
Sprinter Abi Galpin was tipped for gold in front of a home crowd and missed out to Sara Wiss by the narrowest of margins to end the evening with silver in the 100m, after close examination of the photo finish.

Wiss won in Guernsey 20 years ago, and Galpin paid tribute to this remarkable feat:
"It's really incredible and fair play to Sara. It's pretty amazing to have two titles 20 years apart."
It was a 100m silver too for Joe Chadwick in the men's race.

Guernsey's footballers will need to overcome the Isle of Wight today (11 July) book a place in the semi finals.
Last night, they beat Aland 4-1 at the Track, after it was level on 1 all after the first half.
Team manager Tony Vance says they regained control of the match in the second:
"I think the squad have been phenomenal so far, We've got two wins which is great, but this is a massive game."
Elsewhere, a tense game for Guernsey' women ended in a 3-2 defeat to Ynys Mon:
Guernsey tops the table with 16 golds, 14 silver and 13 bronze. Sark stay on one silver for the shooting, while Alderney wait to get onto the medals table.
