Direct flights to the Italian city will launch on 12 April.
More than a thousand islanders voted as part of Aurigny's destination survey.
Every Saturday for a month, holidaymakers can fly direct between Guernsey and Genoa.
Chief Commercial Officer at Aurigny, Sudeep Ghai, says the city has much to offer.
'Genoa offers a mix of culture, food, and sun, just in time for Easter.
'We’ve carefully crafted our seasonal schedule this year to offer our community direct connectivity to exciting destinations across Europe while continuing to safeguard the vital lifeline services to the UK that our customers rely on.'
Flights run until 10 May and start from £149.99 one way.
