Thousands of revellers headed to St Peter Port over the weekend to take part in Europe's only live Pride event.
The LGBTQ+ Community and allies decked in bright colours, flags, glitter and sequins as Guernsey hosted Channel Islands Pride 2020.
They joined together and marched under two rainbow flags depicting groups within the community as they celebrated diversity, inclusivity and equality.
The parade wound its way from Candie Gardens, down through the High Street into Market Square where the party got underway with performances from the Rainbow Chorus Choir and TV's Kalon Rae and many others.
The parade is underway. See you at Market Square for more Pride celebrations 🏳️🌈

These revellers told Island FM what they love about Pride:
"We had to fight for our rights and now that we have it, it's good to celebrate it."
"I'm proud of our gay community in Guernsey and want to support them. We've got lots of students who have over recent years come out or are transitioning. They're wonderful people and I'm here to support their rights."
"What I love about Pride is that Guernsey's come so forward when minorities years ago were persecuted for their look or their gender or their hairstyle. Now in Guernsey this is going on. That is monumental how society is working through our stuff - it's brilliant."
"What I love about Pride as a gay man is that I can come here and feel supported with everyone. It's not just about being around gay people, bisexual people, however you identify. Everyone is here together. I'm here with a group of mainly straight friends and we're all here supporting each other and having a really amazing day."
We’re in Market Square, the crowd is singing to ABBA’s Dancing Queen and the CI Pride party’s about to get started. 🏳️🌈
