The concert begins with Mozart's dynamic Overture of ''La Clemenza di Tito''. One of Mozart's final works, this overture sets the stage with elegance and drama, drawing listeners into the brilliance of the classical era.

Boris is one of the leading international soloists in the world. Celebrated violinists like Janine Jansens and Julian Rachlin play second violin to him such is his musicality and technical brilliance.
Boris Brovtsyn will take the stage for Mendelssohn’s beloved Violin Concerto in E minor. Known for its seamless transitions between movements and heartfelt melodies, Mendelssohn's concerto remains one of the most cherished in the violin repertoire. Boris ’ virtuosity will bring to life the lyrical beauty and technical demands of this masterpiece.

After the interval, the orchestra plays Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4 in B flat major, a work full of charm and humour. The Fourth is a shining example of his ability to infuse warmth and playfulness into his compositions, offering a delightful contrast to his more intense works.
